Awakenings is located in the East Side Wellness Center of Fairport. It is your place for Energy Wellness. I am an Integrated Energy Therapy Master-Instructor. I am also certified in Reiki II. It's all about energy. The energy that is all around us and inside of our bodies has a profound effect on our health, all the way down to the cellular level. Reiki is a subtle and gentle way to balance your body's energy systems. Having balance in this way facilitates your body's natural ability to heal. Integrated Energy Therapy works on a cellular level. It uses positive energy to replace negative cell memories that may be trapped in your body. This type of healing works on an emotional level and "gets the issues out of the tissues". This can be especially helpful for victims of trauma. Energy Healing works effectively alongside traditional as well as other holistic health-care remedies, expanding your healing arsenal. As a certified Spiritual Counselor I specialize in looking at things from the heart or soul rather than the ego. This refreshing view allows for authenticity and can help bring about Joy, Purpose, Forgiveness, and Peace.
