Barry’s Big A # # Yoga Challenge kicks off February 1⚡️Choose your challenge: 30, 45, or 60 days.

Build a team of up to 5 yogis.
To stay in the challenge, at least one team member must take class every day, no exceptions.

Earn points by showing up to class and completing fun challenges set by the Barry’s team. We’ll crown winners for each phase (30, 45, and 60 days) plus one overall champion.

Challenge phases:
Phase 1: Share the Love (Feb 1–March 2)
Phase 2: March Madness (March 3–17)
Phase 3: Spring Cleaning (March 18–April 1)

$150 gets you unlimited yoga for 60 days (a $370 value).Members join for free.

We’re turning ONE and our hearts are FULL!

This space was built on breath, sweat, intention, and connection, and there is no better way to celebrate than the way we practice...together.

Join us Sunday, January 11th for a full day of FREE classes, movement, and community. Come for one class or stay all day and immerse yourself in the energy we’ve created.

Between classes, stay and celebrate with food, drinks, cake, an open bar from 11–5, a special speech and blessing from Ryan’s family before Sunday Service, and Irish dancers following Sunday Service.

To honor this milestone, we’re opening Legacy Pricing one last time. Our original rates will be available through January 15th only. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Thank you for being the heartbeat of this studio. We cannot wait to move, breathe, and step into this next year together, grounded, connected, and ready for what’s next!🤍

Our very first 200-hour yoga teacher training🤩✨

Hosted right here at Barry’s, this group set the tone from day one. They showed up ready to sweat, study, and work like no one before.

Long days on the mat, deep breathwork, strong bodies, open hearts. This crew leaned fully into the Baptiste practice and into each other, building strength, confidence, and leadership every step of the way.

Watching our studio become a space for this kind of growth and transformation has been incredibly special. We are so proud of this group and honored that Barry’s gets to be where it all began!!!
