There may be moments where you feel out of place, unsure of the poses, or disconnected from your breath. That’s not a sign to stop, it’s a sign you’re in it.

And we’re in it with you, every step, every breath, every class.

That final “om” is where everything settles. The work is done, your body is warm, your breath has found its rhythm. It’s a moment to sit, notice, and feel the shift, even if it’s subtle. There’s nothing to fix and nothing to figure out, just space to be here at the end of it. Our 50 Hour Hot Conditioning Training is for ANYONE!🔥

Whether you’re a teacher continuing your education, a student who loves Hot Conditioning and wants to go deeper, or someone feeling called to step into leadership, this training is designed to meet you where you are and take you further.

From July 27 – August 2, you’ll spend the week immersed in the work. You’ll learn how to sequence effective classes, assist with intention, understand the body through anatomy, and teach with clarity and confidence. Alongside the physical practice, you’ll develop skills in communication, mentorship, and personal leadership that extend far beyond the mat.

Training Schedule:�Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM�Friday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Barry’s All Day Immersion is designed for those who want to go deeper into their practice. Together we spend the day moving through meditation, skill work, asana, and inquiry in a way that allows space for both challenge and reflection. With a small, intimate group, the experience stays personal and connected, giving you the opportunity to truly unplug and reset.

Whether you are newer to the practice or have been on your mat for years, this day is about slowing down, refining your alignment, and reconnecting with the purpose behind why you practice in the first place.
