Ni**le pain? Check the latch 👀

A shallow latch (baby just on the ni**le) or body misalignment (baby’s head turned, body not tummy-to-tummy) can cause pain, clicking, and low milk transfer.

Aim for: nose to ni**le, wait for a wide open mouth, bring baby in close so more ar**la goes in—not just the tip. Chin touching, body aligned.

Comfort + effective feeds = the goal 💛
