Today we honor the women who rise through the darkness, who speak out against injustice, and who reach back to lift another woman/women with them.

The healers.
The mothers.
The seekers.
The creators.
The women doing the quiet inner work.

When women stand beside each other, something beautiful happens.

Circles form.

Radiant You Wellness is returning as a Studio Partner for the Berkshire Yoga Festival 2026 !! 🌿✨

June 11–14 we’ll be gathering at Jiminy Peak Resort in the Berkshires, MA for one of the most inspiring yoga festivals of the year, and I’m so excited that Radiant You Wellness will be a Studio Partner again!

Last year was incredible, and I can already feel the energy building for the beautiful group that’s forming this year. These festivals are such a powerful mix of practice, connection, learning, and community. Whether you come solo or with friends, you’ll feel right at home.

• 1 Four-Day Pass (June 11–14) – $500 pay-in-full
• 2 Three-Day Passes – $400 each
(Thursday–Saturday or Friday–Sunday)

✨ Winter Solstice | A Sacred Turning ✨

Tonight, the Earth exhales.
The longest night wraps us in stillness and whispers a gentle truth:
rest is not quitting, it is remembering.

The Winter Solstice marks the turning of the wheel.
From this deep darkness, light is quietly reborn.
Not all at once.
Not loudly.
But steadily, faithfully, with trust.

This is a season to soften inward.
To tend the inner hearth.
To honor what has fallen away and bless the wisdom it left behind.
To plant intentions like seeds beneath the snow, knowing they are already alive.

If you’ve felt slower, tender, or in need of pause, you are in rhythm with the Earth.
Let yourself be held here.

I’ll be subbing for Chair Yoga for Seniors at the Hilton–Parma Rec — and I’d love to see some familiar faces join me! 💛

Chair Yoga: Stretch, Strength & Balance is a safe and fun way to enjoy all the benefits of yoga — with the added support and stability of a chair. We’ll explore both seated and optional standing postures, combining gentle movement, breath awareness, and relaxation to promote balance, strength, and flexibility. 🌿

Radiant Soul Flow: A Ceremonial Yoga + Breathwork Experience Workshop in Palmyra

Step into a sacred container of remembrance and reconnection. Radiant Soul Flow is more than a yoga workshop it is a living ceremony and embodied journey for your body, mind, and spirit.

We begin with conscious pranayama (breathwork) to awaken the life force within, followed by sacred chants and mantras to attune to higher frequencies. Mudras (hand gestures) may be used as energetic keys to unlock inner wisdom and deepen your intention.

Through a grounded and intuitive blend of Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Somatic, and Restorative Yoga practices, you’ll move with presence and purpose—anchoring the breath into every posture and opening pathways for energy, awareness, and emotional release. Each sequence is guided intuitively to balance the nervous system, clear stagnation, and restore harmony throughout the body and spirit.

The experience is deepened through ceremonial elements such as heart-centered meditation, mantra, chanting, intention setting, or light energy clearing—each aligned with the theme and rhythm of the day.

We close with restorative poses to support deep integration and full embodiment. These supported postures invite the body to surrender, the mind to soften, and the energetic work of the workshop to settle gently into the heart—leaving you grounded, luminous, and at peace.

This all-levels workshop invites you to journey inward—to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your divine inner knowing, helping you embody your most radiant and authentic self.

Here’s a gentle reminder: meditation doesn’t need to be complex or take much time to bring meaningful change.

Start small. Try these easy steps to add moments of calm to your busy day:

• Take 3 mindful breaths before your morning coffee
• Pause for 5 minutes during lunch to close your eyes and center yourself
• Use a calming mantra to reset during stressful times

Each small pause helps clear your mind and invites peace.

Remember, this practice is your personal space—no rules, just your time to reconnect.
