At the heart of life, and what sustains any life, is nurture
Being held
Being fed
Being protected
Being loved into growing

There’s something quietly therapeutic and sacred about witnessing new life come into the world. Tiny breaths, wobbly legs, warm milk, and a whole little being arriving with an ancient knowing already inside him.

It’s the simplicity of it all. A mother who just knows what to do. No instructions, no overthinking, just instinct, devotion, and steady love. And a baby who comes in aware of what he needs, guided by that first truth of being alive…eat, drink, rest, stay close, grow… He finds her. He latches. He learns the rhythm of nourishment and safety like it’s written into his bones.

This is the basic code in all mammals, the original medicine. Care. Connection. Love. Watching it softens the nervous system and brings you back to what is real. It reminds you that life is still good at being life, and that care is a language older than words.

We’re so grateful for Fern, and we’re already completely in love with Blueberry. 💛

Dear Friends, 💫

I want to thank each of you (19!) for your beautiful presence and openness at last night’s sound bath. It was such a joy to share that sacred space with you and to get to know you a little more! The energy in the room was pure harmony, and we value your unique contributions 💖

A sound bath is more than relaxation; it’s a vibrational healing experience. The frequencies of the gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls & all of the other work on a cellular level to calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and help the body find its natural rhythm of peace and alignment.

Equally powerful is the community energy we create together. Gathering, sharing, and connecting nourishes the soul and reminds us that healing blossoms through togetherness. The laughter, stillness, and presence we share become part of the medicine. We truly enjoyed the time shared with each of you afterwards and loved the circles!!

As your body continues to integrate the sound frequencies, please remember to hydrate more than usual today, at least 20 extra ounces of water. For optimal cellular hydration, add ¼ teaspoon of Pink Himalayan sea salt per liter of water (a liter is about 4 cups). These natural minerals help your body absorb water deeply into the cells, supporting detoxification and energetic balance.

We’ll be gathering again for future Sound Baths on Saturday, November 29th and Saturday, December 27th, after each of the holidays, and I would love for you to join us as we continue this beautiful journey of sound, spirit, and connection.

Out here with the animals, every action is simple. The horse doesn’t hesitate to move toward water. The sheep doesn’t second-guess the grass. The chickens don’t ask if it’s the right time to scratch the dirt.

But as humans, we get caught in a loop of hesitation. One shot, one chance, one step forward… and we freeze.

What if today, you chose action?
What if you let yourself trust your instincts the way these animals do?
Because every step you take, no matter how small, is a step out of inaction…and a step closer to yourself…
