Soooo much energy. Lion's Gate, a full moon, what's happening in the world and what's happening in your internal landscape. That can be a lot and a lot of energy from every direction. This makes grounding so important!

It is a powerful and positive way that allows you to live with grace. It puts you right in the present moment, not having your thoughts stray to the past or future. With just a few breaths, you can return to the present moment and all of the consciousness it has to offer. You treat the little things with as much importance as big things, bring such enjoyment to your life. Enjoyment and reconnection to who you are, one day at a time, one moment at a time.

You become aware of the universal energy flowing in and around you. Your resolve strengthens, calmness and tranquility rises and healing can occur. Your spiritual world is deeply connected to your physical body, bringing about harmony. You are more self-aware and those soul messages can get through to you.

It can be simple to ground yourself. Breathing exercises that keep your body and mind in the present helps you refocus, remove emotions from any current scenarios and allow you to redirect your thoughts and behaviors in a healthy and beneficial way. Scanning your body and tuning into any sensations is a powerful way to come back into the present moment. It also creates a deeper relationship with your body as you're tuning into what it may feel or need. And last but not least, gratitude is a powerful way to direct your thoughts and energy. I'm back!!! Happy Lion's Gate!

What a perfect message in such a powerful time. The Lion's Gate 8/8 portal, the full moon tomorrow and life and all the things! And I KNOW you've been feeling it. I have as well and took some space, yet am delighted to come back together.

The angels acknowledge that we are in this time of increased sensitivity. It is vital that you are discerning in your environment, not taking in harsh energy. This could have you saying no to social activities, the news or even certain relationships.

The positive side, of which there always is one, is that your sensitivity can serve as your muse and you can funnel this energy into creativity. How can you reveal your truth in your art?
