Do you believe in miracles?

And how do you create an atmosphere of miracles? The word atmosphere tells us that there is an environment, a place where miracles are. You can begin to create that place, that safe space, by what you focus on.

What you focus on expands. As you go through your day, are you focused on the miracle or the lack thereof? What you look for, you absolutely will find.

Did you look for a miracle today? As you mentally scan what transpired today, are there miracles that you perhaps missed because you were focused elsewhere? Being grateful for the miracles that have come your way is a powerful magnet for more miracles. Think deeply about the grace and the miraculous you've seen throughout your life and of those you love.

As you do that, can you feel that joy? Can you feel that magnetism turn on? Do you become aware that you actually have experienced more miracles than you were present to? Thank God for that - literally!

What are your beliefs around miracles? Are they gifts or are they earned? Are they plenty or are they scarce? Are they for you or just for others? See where there is space to develop your faith in miracles, to deepen your awareness that they are literally all around you.

The higher your vibration the more resonant you are with the miraculous. Grounding practices, prayer and meditation, being in nature, showing love to others, finding joy daily, being present and having uplifting relationships are wonderful ways to raise your vibration. Thus allowing in more.

April 1. First quarter done.

Is there a place in your life you haven't yet addressed? In your body or business or energy? You figure it's not that bad, you have time, there are other priorities.

How long have you thought that? Days? Months in this quarter? Years? The things we don't give priority tend to stack up, which then compounds what the original issue might have been. Pain, relationship tension, abundance leaks, mental anxiety to name a few.

It wouldn't pull on your energy if it wasn't necessary to take care of. It also may point to underlying energies that could be linchpins in shifting other parts of your life. And the more you take care of those energetic, pain and well-being pulls, the better and easier, more abundant your life.

How about that for this next quarter? Give yourself the gift of tending to the garden of your life and it will tend to you.

Real life. Real goals. Real problems. Real talk. A couple of Reiki tools to further your life...

Whatever you're wanting for your life, your energy is either inviting it or pushing it away. So, #1 Reiki can be used to calm your nervous system. Your nervous system = your capacity to receive. Reiki soothes all of your energy fields, from physical to emotional to mental.

If you have a goal, you can write it on a piece of paper and send Reiki to it daily. This is shifting the energy of the quantum world so that it can show up in your 3D world.

As far as something you might see as a problem, you don't know what is underneath it. Past lives. Energy leaks. Interference. Beliefs, etc. Yet as you you use Reiki, perhaps one of the experiences you learn as you take Reiki classes, you get to the root and ultimately shift towards resolution.

For health issues, Reiki can be used to move the stuck energy in your body that is causing discomfort or disease. Healing from the inside out.

There are endless ways to use Reiki. These are just a few. Yet, whatever you are facing, Universal energy is a priceless tool that can help shift your life today.

Let's go! Let's get this over with! Do you ever feel that way?

Appearances can be deceiving. What might appear to you as a problem can be an answered prayer in disguise. When we ask for help, space needs to be made. The old has to be dissolved to make room for what you're asking for.

To give yourself more ease during this transitional time, it's important to relax. You can practice methods such as breathwork, movement, meditation and yogic poses. Ask for the angels to make the transition smooth and harmonious and for the highest of all concerned.

Know that whatever change is happening, it is actually happening for your good! Better is on the way!

You may be feeling more sensitive right now. Honor the energies, feelings and emotions coming up and be tender with yourself.

Sensitivity and those deep emotions are actually a beautiful gift. You can't be 'too sensitive' no matter what other people may have said. Your sensitivity is a wonderful gauge of the truth about situations and people. What you feel, trust it and follow accordingly.

You can amplify your sensitive nature by actually being in nature and choosing life-affirming nutrition, relationships and activities while avoiding things that are harsh for your body or senses. If you feel a bit overwhelmed, visualize yourself wrapped in beautiful blue white light and allow that light to dissolve any negative energies and turn them into love.

What do Reiki and physical therapy have to do with each other? They are complementary healing modalities.

Both have intentions and goals to reduce pain, improve healing and improve mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. PT certainly is focused on the physical body. Reiki is comprehensive. It addresses all of your body and energy fields.

It promotes relaxation and enhanced recovery while being non-invasive. It can also amplify the results of physically based remedies.

When you combine the two, you foster a more favorable environment for healing, you address both physical and mental & emotional aspects of recovery and you decrease markers for stress. These therapies can be practiced separately, in tandem or before or after, based on your desire and care plan.

Your environment really does affect you, whether it's home or work.

Does your energy, creativity or abundance feel a bit low or scattered? If your place is cluttered, that can be both contributing and a sign of that.

You can ask the angels to help with the interference. They can help release what is not serving.

Start simple. Ask the items (yes they are energy and have a preference) if they want to be donated, recycled, sold or discarded. If going to someone else, ask them to find that person.

Another simple option is to open your windows and doors to circulate air and bring in freshness. As you do that, the angels will es**rt any lower energies away and your life will start to great improve.

The current theme with clients are shutdown mechanisms. What? you might ask :). I get it. Not something that comes up in most people's normal conversations. Yet in the energy world it is super prevalent right now.

A shutdown mechanism is a fundamental energetic blockage that someone (in your life, current or past lives) or the dark throws at you intentionally to literally stop or shut you down in some way.

Does that seem shocking? That someone or something would do that. It happens ALL of the time. And it is especially prevalent right now. The power is rising. As is the resistance to you stepping into it.
