em and fluids/tissues of the body through deep settling and palpation of the subtle rhythms in the system. I am also certified in Northern style Thai-Yoga massage, a modality that aims to open up energy in the body through tissue work and deep stretching done on a mat. My current credentials are: LMT and practitioner of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Certified in Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki I. I am no longer a Licensed Social Worker, but was formerly and have experience as a psychotherapist working with trauma and addiction.

+I host workshops that provide education and interactive ways to heighten body awareness and better process life stressors. Price based on facility and time.
+I also offer custom somatic therapy on a one-on-one basis. This can include processing of life events with body-centered focus, or a meditation/mindfulness plan to increase personal resources.
