I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with the State Medical Board of Ohio & Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I studied at the world-renowned Lauterstein-Conway Massage Therapy School in Austin, TX. I am well versed in anatomy, physiology, and a multitude of different modalities, which makes it easy for me to assess and tailor each massage towards the individual needs of each clien

t. My ultimate goal as a massage therapist is to heal others, reduce their stress and help them reach their ultimate level of performance and health. I specialize in Structural Integration, Deep, and Sports massage. I grew up in Kailua, Oahu where I got to live out my dream as a National Competitive Swimmer. I was the Girls State Champion from the age of 9-18 and was the 1999 Swimmer of the Year while holding 4 High School Records. I swam for the University of Nevada, Reno on a full scholarship and this is where I had my first encounter with massage therapy. “I am a believer in Massage Therapy! It was the only thing that helped me to stay in the water as long as I could with my injuries."

Love this!

I am 100% here for this whole “The body is an ecosystem.” movement. Because it is.

Trees are shaped by the wind. Like the tree, you are a living organism and therefore are being SHAPED by your environment.

You are nature.

Fascia is the beginning and end of every muscle, ligament, tendon, and bone in your body. It holds structures together and creates separation.

A true continuum.
A 3D Matrix.
A spider web.

It can shift its viscosity to adapt to a new environment. Where it needs stability, it will create it.

It circulates information back and forth from the brain, confirming or denying the next move…for our safety.

Without consciousness, it ceases to do its job.

They’ve tested the body under anesthesia. The tension goes and the tissue becomes soft like butter. Upon waking, tension returns.

Fascia is so deeply connected with the nervous system, like the mycelium and the trees. Sharing resources and information.
