Once medically stable-patients can be discharged home, BUT are they functionally stable again??

Every 1 day of bed rest can take about 1 week of therapy to regain the strength, endurance, blood pressure & heart rate response affected by acute hospital stays.

This continuation of is commonly not properly ordered or encouraged.
But GOOD NEWS- in Ohio you can go directly to a local clinic- no referral needed!!
