Hi everyone! I'm downtown Asheville at a mobile WiFi trailer to get online and take care of a few things and get a few messages out. We still have no water, limited cell (texting only), no online access. We have access to water, we have power, and some grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacies have opened back up.

Noah's friend was reunited with his family today! They are all safe and have what they need, praise God! ❤️

Yesterday we helped our friend's elderly parents clean out their basement that flooded 6ft deep so they could then turn on their electricity (fuse box was in the basement). The small creek across the street from them, over 400 feet away, flooded, and almost crested the 15ft bank between it and their house.

School is cancelled indefinitely.

We are volunteering where we can. So many people are still trapped (our old neighborhood is cut off by washed out roads and landslides). Many are still unaccounted for.
