Our Story
COVENANT MEDICAL GROUP opened its original doors in 2007 in Dickson, Tennessee, and later expanded to Fairview, Tennessee, in the Fall of 2015. Founded by Walter Stephens, MD, and Jeffrey Kauppi, PA-C--a clinical team who had worked together for many years in multiple clinics and Emergency Departments--the primary goal of COVENANT MEDICAL GROUP was to create a decidedly different patient experience. Their vision was providing quality care dedicated to the individual patient. They strive to offer each patient the same careful attention as they would provide to their own family members.
Today, COVENANT MEDICAL GROUP, is proud to be accepting new patients at both of their locations—in Dickson and Fairview, Tennessee.We offer primary care, acute care, X-rays and labs to patients 2 years of age and over.
