The more authentic and focused and clear you are the more likely someone’s own shadows will be highlighted in your presence. Allowing emotions and thoughts to rise up and be experienced without judgement allow us space to feel what is to truly aligned. Learning to hold this sacred space for yourself create a positive ripple effect in your life, those around you, and for practicing healers be more present for your clients.
