Hey Ladies! Avarielle understands how crazy our world has been. Now with gyms being closed, due to Covid, it makes it even harder to get a workout in! I am here to bring the workout to you, in the comfort of your own home! Choose your package of 2 or 3 workouts per week for the month of December! Equipment is not needed for these workouts!
