We can't always be at our best 100%. Some days you just don't have it. Some days you'll have 70-90% to give. What ever you have in you that day, give it all! Don't change your work ethic, stay consistent and give 100% of your capabilities each day.

I wish I had taken progress pictures on a regular basis, but I never really thought I could do it. I never thought I'd stop drinking, but I did it. I never thought I could give up candy bars and cookies, but I did it. I NEVER thought I'd give up energy drinks, but I did it!

You never give yourself enough credit. You have more doubt in yourself than anyone else has in you. You will always be your biggest hater. But you have the ability to push yourself beyond anything you can even imagine.

Cottage cheese and sugar free jello pudding have been an absolute game changer for me! So many options! This time it is these pumpkin cheesecake bars. At 85 calories per square, these are a guilt free dessert for any day of the week. After a long week of eating off of my typical diet, something like this is great to get me back on track!

When you feel like you're just going through the motions, sometimes you gotta turn the intensity up. That's exactly what we have done over the last week! The last 2 weekends have been heavy leg day on Saturday, followed by a heavy Arnold arm and shoulder Sunday! We are not settling for being fit. We are ready to transform ourselves!

Getting your mind and body to align can be so tough. When I was younger my body was able, but my mind wasn't willing. Now as I get a little bit older, my mind is focused but my body isn't always able. My mind say I can do it! My lungs and my heart say F@& #!*% let's go! Now my knees say, ehhh slow down a bit.... So frustrating! But there is no quitting! Find a solution and keep pushing!

Staying on track has become very important to Nicole and I. Luckily, I love trying to make different meals and desserts that are lower calorie and still taste amazing. These doughnuts came out awesome and came out to around 250 calories each. Zero added sugar!

Just a little Mothers day, leg day! Fantastic effort!! Rewarded with a little dutch bros! Nicole hit a 110 PR on the squat rack, Ryan hit 30, and I had to follow em up with a 235 PR. Hell of a day! Happy Mothers day to all the ladies out there!! Keep up the hard work!
