Today was truly a blessing! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Thanksgiving luncheon with our wonderful residents. The joy in the room was undeniable—the smiles on their faces said it all. Moments like these remind us how meaningful community, connection, and compassion truly are.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to our dietary team for making this luncheon possible and the Falfurrias Police Department for graciously volunteering their time to help serve our luncheon. Your presence and support made the day even more memorable, and we are deeply grateful for your kindness and dedication to our residents.

Today, our hearts were truly touched here at Gulf Shores Rehabilitation & Health Care Center as we welcomed the wonderful students from Falfurrias Lasater Elementary. Your thoughtful visit and the beautiful kindness rocks you donated brought so many smiles to our residents’ faces. 💛

Each hand-painted rock carried a message of hope, love, and encouragement — small gestures that made a big impact. Our residents were delighted to receive such meaningful gifts, and your kindness reminded us all how powerful it is when our community comes together.

🌿 A Beautiful Day of Remembrance & Awareness 💜

Gulf Shores Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center had the honor of partnering with BHOLD, Behavioral Health Solutions, and Altus Hospice to host a heartfelt Remembrance Walk in honor of those who have lost their battle against Alzheimer’s, and to raise awareness for all individuals and families affected by this disease.

The turnout was absolutely incredible. 💜✨
Seeing our community come together—families, caregivers, residents, partners, and supporters—was truly inspiring. Every step taken today represented a story, a memory, and a commitment to continue advocating for better understanding, support, and hope for those living with Alzheimer’s.

We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who came out, walked with us, supported the cause, and helped make this event so meaningful. Your presence reminds us that no one walks this journey alone.

What a wonderful and impactful evening we had! Gulf Shores Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is truly honored to have been part of such a meaningful community event focused on wellness, education, and healthier living.
