I had a fall and tore my ACL! I meet with the surgeon tomorrow to make a plan for next steps. In the meantime this sound bath offering is on hold - with a goal to get it back on the books by June!

I have been using my weighted tuning forks on and around my knee - leveraging the rhythmic sensory stimulation to support my healing in a number of ways including:
1. Bringing my healing attention and intention to my knee.
2. Stimulating the nerves, ligament and muscle fibers in and around the injury.
3. Creating vibrations to move any stagnant energy and extra red/white blood cells in the area from any bruising.
4. Helping to flush the lymph nodes by gently vibrating all the water in the area from all the swelling.

Sound healing with tuning forks is a very accessible support for all kinds of injuries. If you’re interested in learning more about how vibration can contribute to physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, please reach out! I would love to geek-out on the science with you!

Sending to all my peeps far and wide! Accepting all healing energy sent my way as I recover! 💓💓💓

Summer 2020: We were settling well into our routine and really getting creative the first summer. We did Magick every Friday which means we studied plants and their medicinal and spiritual properties, recited spells for friendship that reminded us kindness was at the heart of all things, made essential oil mixes for relaxation and monster spray-away for sleep. We built faerie houses to put around land and worked on mindfulness practices to help get in touch with our intuition. We also went on lots of hikes and adventures around the neighborhood - the forest was our playground, respite and temple while all the parks were closed during those early Covid days.

It was truly a scary time for us - we were totally closed in quarantine with no visitors or interaction with most people except outside. We were ordering our groceries and disinfecting everything before bringing it inside. We were terrified of how Covid could affect Lake with all of his other health challenges. It was like walking around in a cloud of fear.

I don’t think it was intentional at the time, but the school became my creative outlet and sacred container for connection with my kids - it was the silver lining around my perpetual cloud of fear. While the world was watching bad TV and baking sourdough, I was building my own little Hogwarts in the forest with my babies - and I’ve never had more fun.

Don’t get me wrong, I did watch a few Tiger King episodes and tried my hand at sourdough which I gave up on and only recently picked back up and perfected. And I did a lot of doom scrolling with all the political and racial issues going on. It was a crazy time - it’s so important to reflect on where our sanity came from when the world was falling to pieces. For me it was family connection, creativity, nature and magic - anchor points that I can always hang on to when things get rough.

What was your creative outlet and silver lining in the pandemic?

I am so excited to finally share with all my friends and family what I have been working on for the past 3 years since leaving the corporate world during the pandemic.

I launched my new site yesterday and I hope you will take a moment to check it out! Perhaps you will even find something you like or a holiday gift for a friend. I've been working so hard on this big transition and I'm so thankful for all the love and support I've received from friends over the past few years as I've been head down focused on building this. You can read more about my journey on the "My Story" page.

Everyone please welcome to the world my new baby: www.mamamoon.love
