Fall dietary reminders from our Ayurvedic Chef & Faculty member Aria Peterman:

To balance out the cold and drying nature of fall, vata season, enjoy supportive herbal teas like; tulsi, licorice or ginger. Or, the classic Ayurvedic combination of Cumin Coriander & Fennel, CCF Tea.

CCF Tea ☕
Equal parts whole cumin, whole coriander and whole fennel lightly toasted.
Steep approximately 1sp of this mixture per cup of hot water and enjoy! Enkindles agni (digestion) and soothes vata, helping to regulate your nervous system.

We’ve all said it: “I should change that habit.”
But things don’t change just because we want them to.
Noticing our patterns is a start but real transformation takes Tapas: the heat of consistent effort. We have to cook our habits through practice, discipline, and compassion.

✨ It all begins tomorrow.
Join Robin Rothenberg for The Kleshas Unveiled, a six-week embodied exploration of how attachment, aversion, ego, and fear shape our lives and how yoga helps us re-pattern them from the inside out.

🗓 Starts Thursday, Oct. 9 | 4–5:30 pm PST
🔥 Last chance to register—save your spot now and step into the practice of transformation.

The world is aflame with suffering—much of it beyond our control. There are tragedies that keep us awake at night, injustices we cannot single-handedly fix.

And yet... what if some obstacles to our inner peace aren't entirely 'out there' but patterns we unknowingly perpetuate within ourselves?
According to Patanjali, the kleshas—our attachments, aversions, fears, ego, and ignorance—are the seeds of our suffering. But here's the empowering truth: becoming more aware of them is our path to peace. When we courageously examine how these patterns shape our choices and reactions, we reclaim our power. And when we enact change within ourselves, we become more authentic agents of change in the world around us.

In this 6-week series, master teacher Robin Rothenberg guides us through an embodied exploration of the kleshas. We'll use movement, breath, and somatic awareness to confront our avidya (ignorance) and grow ourselves wiser, freer, and more capable of showing up for what matters.

This is inner work that ripples outward.

Starts Thursday, Oct 9 - link in bio.
