ABOUT restart

reSTART Center for Technology Sustainability is a unique retreat center program providing emerging adults with the skills and strategies necessary to moderate digital technology use while addressing co-occurring mental health conditions. Young adults 17-28 are referred to reSTART by wilderness programs, treatment centers, educational consultants, counselors

, and family members who recognize the benefits of having a well-thought out strategy and plan for managing digital distractions. OUR MISSION
• to enhance the overall well-being of users affected by problematic digital technology
• offering individualized experiential growth opportunities in a safe, clinically structured, positive and client-centered environment
• foster increased independence and personal growth
