Progress worth celebrating!

When Mr. David Smith arrived to Mill Brook, he was navigating the challenges of Congestive Heart Failure, Acute Respiratory Failure with Hypoxia, and difficulty with mobility. With hard work and the support of our physical therapy team, he strengthened his body, improved his gait, and took confident steps forward in his rehab journey.

After a successful stay at our center, David is ready to take on 2026 with renewed strength and confidence! Way to go!

From Monday, December 1st to Sunday, December 22nd, donations can be dropped off at our center, or any of the centers listed below.
