✨ Myth Buster Monday ✨
Myth: "Therapy is the same as venting to a friend."
Reality: "Venting to a friend can feel supportive, but friends may be biased or unintentionally judgmental, and we might hold back out of fear of being judged. Therapy provides a neutral, nonjudgmental and supportive space where you can fully open up. A therapist also offers tools, guidance, and new perspectives to help you process challenges and grow."
Therapists are trained to help you explore deeper issues, uncover patterns, and equip you with tools and insights to support real growth and healing.
