1. The personal connection I have with the plant allows me to turn that interest into a career.

2. My favorite is probably seeing all the different products come through, helping my coworkers with inventory, and making sure I pack the best quality in 🍃
I haven’t mentioned it yet, but all my coworkers are legit nice people, so that adds another HUGE benefit to working here.
