Y’ALL I got my first true knot 🥰😆
A true knot typically happens when baby flips/turns inside the amniotic sac, and occurs in only 1% of pregnancies/births!

A substance called Wharton’s Jelly provides cushioning to protect the blood vessels, even when the cord gets knotted. Wharton’s Jelly allows the cord to remain loose, and even moving/slipping up and down the length of the cord, and doesn’t cause any harm to baby.
