Saint Vincent’s Services continues to be fueled by exceptional community partnerships! Last week, Mya and Jessica from the Zibra Corporation stopped by with an incredible delivery of Christmas toys. Today, Ava from the Cadance Academy followed suit, bringing even more joy—including a giant sloth stuffed animal—for our youth, presented to Katie Rose, Director of Donor Relations. These partnerships directly make holiday magic for the children we serve, and we are grateful for the continued investment in making this season brighter.

Last week, District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III stopped by with a generous delivery of gift cards to help kick off the holiday spirit! Katie Rose, Director of Donor Relations, and, of course, Mickey Mouse greeted him!

This marks the second year in a row the Bristol County District Attorney's Office has partnered with Saint Vincent’s Services for their annual holiday party, creating a tradition of goodwill that directly uplifts our kids and young adults. Guests are encouraged to bring gift cards of any amount to help make the season brighter for those we serve and ensure every young person feels supported during the holidays and throughout the year.

Last night, we held our 2025 Memorial Mass & Tree Lighting Ceremony in remembrance of those we’ve lost. This year included a meaningful element: our youth created ornaments honoring loved ones or personal losses ahead of the ceremony. At Saint Vincent’s Services, our youth face many challenges and experiences of loss, and this activity provided a heartfelt way to reflect and remember during the Mass.

CEO Kristen Dutra opened the evening, with readings by Michelle Simoes, and closing prayers by Father Mike Racine. The Saint Vincent’s youth choir provided three beautiful songs and Father Racine blessed both trees for the season.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported the event, and helped make this event a success behind the scenes. We hope this moment of reflection brings comfort and healing during the holiday season.

Tom Turkey needed a disguise ahead of Thursday, so he wouldn’t be picked for Thanksgiving dinner, and Cottage 8 jumped into action. The kids and staff went all-in with feathers, glue, and plenty of laughs. The Mario turkey won for the youth, and the Stitch turkey took the top staff spot! Great creativity and even better teamwork from Cottage 8!
