Kaleigh holds a monthly Sound Bath at Moonstone Healing in which she incorporates reiki energy healing for all participants! Itā€™s a great way to try reiki, receive a monthly reset, or just take space away from the noise!

Thereā€™s something really powerful about being in a room where you donā€™t have to perform and you donā€™t have to be anything other than yourself.

Thatā€™s what todayā€™s Soulful Connections Womenā€™s Networking event felt like! Women coming together not just to just network, but to connect, to open up, to be seen, and to receive.

Last night was one of those spaces you can feel the moment you walk in!

We slowed down, dropped out of our heads, and into the body for a full moon meditation. Slow breath, stillness, drumming, energy workā€¦ all of it working together to support real body based release!

Thereā€™s something powerful working with the full moon energy for release and you could feel the shift by the end of the night! We are so extremely grateful for everyone who was in the room with us!
