A friend of ours came up with our first video ad, not a bad job don't you think? This too will evolve once we have final images to share with everyone. We'll see where journey takes us.

We have been using our time wisely and they made us stop and think.
What would our ideal hours of operation be? How early would some of our patrons need to attend and how late would someone squeeze in a session at Bath-Hause? We would love your feedback?

Why Sauna?
A 20 year Finnish study revealed that participants who regularly used saunas reported better general health, higher energy levels and reduced incidence of high blood pressure. In addition to these physical benefits, sauna bathers also experienced less physical pain and were more satisfied with their sleep patterns.

A majority of us can all agree that we all need to drink more water. We wouldn't be a wellness center if we didn't promote a healthier lifestyle, so we'll start off with something simple that all of us can do, at anytime. DRINK MORE WATER!

The "Sacred Pause" a mindful practice, that involves intentionally stopping and suspending activity to disengage from goals and reactions, allowing for a deeper connection to oneself and a more compassionate response to experiences.
