Attorney Sara J. Frankel has specialized in the practice of Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) law since 1991. As a former Social Security Administration staff attorney, she not only knows the law, but also how the Social Security disability process works from the “inside” perspective. Attorney Frankel also represents clients with regard to immigration matters, including but not limited to: citizenship/naturalization applications, permanent residency applications (“green cards”), DACA renewals, adjustments of status, student and other visas.
