This is the mission of the Diocesan Health Facilities. Founded in 1939 by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fall River, our non-profit mission-based organization is dedicated to helping adults of all ages maintain the highest quality of life possible by addressing their physical and emotional needs, while fostering spiritual well-being.
