The Children’s Advocacy Center of Fall River is hosting their 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat 🎉

📅 Tuesday, October 29th
📍 CAC Parking Lot, 58 Arch St, Fall River MA
⏰ Setup starts at 3 PM | Event runs 4–6 PM

Families can enjoy a safe and festive Halloween bash with decorated trunks, treats, and lots of spooky fun. 🍬✨ Plus, kids get to vote for their favorite trunk!

🏈 Game Day Fun! 🏈

We love giving our amazing team opportunities to relax, have fun, and make great memories together—both in and out of work. Recently, a group of our staff cheered on the New England Patriots as they faced the Washington Commanders, and they had a blast!

📢 New study alert: Families who received the expanded 2021 Child Tax Credit were more likely to have enough food, stable housing, and caregivers in good mental health compared to those who didn’t receive it.

The research, published in JAMA Network by Children’s HealthWatch, highlights how financial support can directly improve family well-being. 💰🏡🧠

This cohort study examines associations of health outcomes and material hardships among caregivers with young children with the expanded child tax credit that was issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2021.
