This free, family‑friendly event celebrates literacy, learning, and our community. Every family will receive free books, and there will be activities for children of all ages. (In case of inclement weather, activities will be moved inside the school)

⚠️ PARENT ALERT: Dangerous Social Media Trend ⚠️

The Raynham Police Department would like to make parents and guardians aware of a dangerous social media trend encouraging children and teens to ingest large amounts of allergy medication in an attempt to create hallucinogenic effects.

This behavior is extremely dangerous and can result in serious medical emergencies, including seizures, heart complications, respiratory failure, and even death.

We urge parents to remain vigilant by:
• Monitoring your child’s social media activity
• Securing and keeping medications out of reach
• Speaking with your children about the serious dangers of online challenges and peer pressure

Please take time to have these important conversations at home. Awareness and prevention can help keep our children safe.

If you suspect an overdose or medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble nutrient that helps our bodies make blood clots to stop bleeding. Adults and older children get vitamin K from foods like leafy greens, meat, dairy and eggs. But babies have very little vitamin K in their bodies at birth, putting them at risk for dangerous bleeding problems.
