People who struggle with consistency aren’t lacking willpower. For most of them, their nervous systems are in survival mode. A body in survival mode resists rest, resists change, and holds onto everything… weight, tension, anxiety… ALL THAT S**T!!! This is because letting go feels dangerous.
This is why willpower-based approaches keep failing. The body isn’t the problem. The signal it is receiving is.
Change the signal. Everything else follows suit.
