Session 2 of our 3-part MELT series will help you release chronic tension in the hips, hamstrings, calves, ankles, quads, inner thighs, knees, and low back — with special focus on the feet for full-body support.
MELT is a gentle, science-backed method that uses soft rollers, balls, and breath to hydrate your fascia and calm your nervous system — helping you move with more ease and less pain.
