Why don’t we see and hear more about "miracles" and the healing abilities in people’s lives?

Remember that all of our abilities are based upon our . Almost everyone has been with limitations, especially during their youth. These limiting programs control us the rest of our lives. In training a baby elephant, they are continuously tied to a stake with a rope. The baby elephant will struggle for days to get free of the rope. After awhile, it gives up, it realizes that the rope is in “control.” As the elephant grows to giant stature, it can easily rip the rope and the pole its tied to out of the ground, however, its program of “limitation” will automatically resign it to standing still when a rope is placed around its neck, no matter how big it is. Our developmental programs do the same to us. When we are young, if we are sick we are told we must go to the doctor for healing…this is a program that will cause the subconscious mind to shut off any self healing mechanisms until one visits the doctor (many people even get well on their way to the doctor!). Our acquired fears and beliefs of our fragility and vulnerability “program” our biology to express behavior that is coherent with those . This emphasizes the significance of becoming aware of “self” and the hard drive.

What Was Soooo Threatening About My Work?

The research that first led me to question scientific dogma took place in the petri dishes that are the workhorses of cell biologists’ laboratories when I was cloning stem cells. Stem cells are embryonic cells that replace the hundreds of billions of cells we lose daily in normal attrition due to age, wear-and-tear, etc. As hundreds of billions of cells die every day, hundreds of billions of new cells are created from our bodies’ stem cell population.

Just a REMINDER about my invitation on Saturday for the Wellness For Children Project event at the Fallbrook library!

It will be lots of fun! 4 Fairies doing storytelling, prizes, music and puppets all to help kids and adults learn relaxing breathing and improve imagination for wellness and calmness.

it starts at 10:30 AM on Saturday at Fallbrook Library and ends at 11:30 so it’s only an hour, Please let me know if you can come!?

This 20 year project includes videos, books, puppets, huggable characters from our commitment to create and use creative tools to help kids ages 3 to 7 years, cope, heal, and thrive, plus help their families through adventures and participation.

So excited! I got home tonight, after uploading a few videos at my daughters house with a better WIFi, and two of the 12” x 12” STORYTELLER VERSION of my Rhymes For Wellness collection arrived today!

Costco does a beautiful job of printing, but it is very expensive. I have to sell for $80 to make just a few dollars over cost!

But worth it!

Exercise is so important that not walking an hour a day is considered a “high-risk” behavior. Watch the video “Longer Life Within Walking Distance” at https://bit.ly/2BsKqJP to learn more.

Ideally, how much should we exercise? Dr. Greger’s Daily Dozen app recommends engaging in at least 90 minutes of moderate-intensity activity or 40 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity every day.

Examples of Moderate-Intensity Activity include walking briskly (4 mph), hiking, biking, canoeing, paddleboarding, swimming recreationally, doing yoga, skateboarding, ice-skating, dancing, downhill skiing, and doing yard work.

Examples of Vigorous-Intensity Activity include walking briskly uphill, biking uphill, circuit weight training, jumping rope, running, playing football, rock climbing, speed skating, cross country skiing, and playing hockey.

*Before starting any vigorous physical activity, check with your doctor. If you are prone to feeling dizzy or have chronic unstable health conditions, it is always best to consult with your medical team before starting any new exercise routines.
