A former student went home and made the French rustic vegetable soup from class… and shared it with his family ❤️

He even added a crusty baguette just like we practiced.

His mom sent me the photos and said how proud he was to cook it from scratch.

This is why we cook.

Not just recipes… but confidence, tradition, and love around the table.

It always warms my heart to see what happens after class.

One of our former students recently went home and made the French rustic vegetable soup we created together in class… and then shared it with his family for dinner. He even added a crusty baguette on the side, just like we talked about in class.

His mom reached out to share photos and told me how proud he was to make something from scratch and serve it to his family. That moment of confidence, pride, and connection around the table is exactly why we cook.

These classes are so much more than recipes. They’re becoming moments of learning, expression, and tradition being passed forward in real time.

Grateful to witness this next generation of students learning to cook, share, and love through food.

One big takeaway from today’s Conference:
Entrepreneurs can never be afraid to fail.

As Albert Einstein said,
“Anyone who has never failed has never tried anything new.”

Building something meaningful takes courage, consistency, and a willingness to keep going—even when it’s uncomfortable. Today was a reminder that growth lives on the other side of fear.
