The Fallon Tribal Health Center is still having issue with their phones. CC Communications is working on getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible as it is an issue with equipment outside of the Health Center itself.

Mission: To serve all Native American and Alaskan Indians by providing personalized health and wellness through exemplary, education and safe healthcare.
Joslin Vision Networks (JVN): Patients with diabetes and/or high blood pressure are at higher risks for eye damage. The clinic provides retinal eye scans to catch early detection of damage. It is important to have a JVN screening at least once a year.
Podiatry: The clinic provides podiatry services twice a month on Tuesdays in coordination with our diabetic clinic. General podiatry services such as basic nail care, and evaluations for painful feet, spurs, and bunions are available for all clients.
Women’s Wellness: The clinic provides Women’s Health and Wellness services, focusing on preventative exams such as pap smears, breast exams, birth control and other female issues.
Diabetic Clinic: The clinic provides routine care to manage and/or provide interventions of diabetic and other chronic care conditions. Our diabetic clinic focuses on diabetic care issues, exams, labs, screenings, education, and medication management.
Pediatric Clinic: The clinic provides pediatric services, providing general pediatric care to patients from birth to 18 years old.
Dental: Dental care is offered by appointment and is also available on a walk-in basis for emergencies only. Routine dental care consists of general oral treatment and includes cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, partials, dentures, and limited root canal treatment. However, there is a fee for crowns, dentures, partials, etc., to cover lab work and other expenses.
Medical Imaging: The newest division to the FTHC, medical imaging will offer general in-house diagnostic services such as our dental Panorama, X-ray and computerized axial tomography services.
Optometry: Optometry provides routine and emergency eye care, ocular health and diabetic eye exams, and pediatric care. Walk-ins are for medical eye emergencies only, not for routine care of glasses or contacts. We are pleased to offer glaucoma care inside the clinic, including diagnosis and management with state of the art equipment.
Pharmacy: Pharmacy provides original prescription and prescription refill services, a drug “Take-Back” program for environmentally safe disposal, patient counseling and informal Medication Therapy Management for the local tribal community.
Community Health: The community health division promotes health education and provides healthy interventions directed at individuals, families and groups within our tribal community. Services available through community health include care giving, health education and counseling, case management, and patient advocacy. In addition, medical transportation services for FTHC appointments and/or referrals are available through the Medical Transports in the Reno-Sparks, Fallon, Yerington, Yomba and Lovelock Area.
Mental Health Services are available and include individual, family, couples and group therapy. In addition, mental health services provide psychological and psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and consult with other clinic divisions to provide coordinated care.
Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling offers a variety of options for adults and adolescents. Services include substance abuse evaluations, individual and group treatments, Talking Circle. Referrals are coordinated for eligible clients/patients who need residential inpatient and detoxification treatment. Program staff Indian Health Services and outpatient residential treatment facilities.
