This is to let you all know that beginning Monday, February 5th I will be instructing a water aerobics bootcamp at the indoor pool. Sessions will be Monday and Wednesday of each week beginning at 5:30am. The first 15-20 mins will be warm up with the next 30 minutes training and the last 15 minutes cool down. Please consider joining me for a lot of fun and "easy on the joints" strength training. Go to the Churchill County Parks and Rec site and navigate to the aquatic center for pricing. I look forward to seeing you. If there is enough interest, I can expand the class to include Fridays.

An update on Double Heart Healing Massage & Body. Unfortunately, there won't be a massage therapist available during December. AmyJo is still working on getting her health back and hopefully will be returning in 2024. However, I am moving forward with remodeling the spa to include hair stylists, nail techs, and an aesthetician. The spa will be open during the month of December to accommodate anyone who wishes to use the saunas and salt room, and of course, the Aqua Chi Foot Detoxes. Please call 775.423.4325 for details. I will be checking voice mail everyday. Thank you everyone for your prayers and wishes for Amy's speedy recovery.
