The loveliest addition to the class you already love🙌🏻 Tuesday’s Vinyasa Flow isn’t changing, but we are theming each class for the next 12 weeks! We hope this will add some inspiration, excitement, and intention to your practice♥️ Same as always, 6-7pm every Tuesday with Nikki - with a little flavor mixed in. This Is NOT a series or commitment . Come to one or all 12!

Class will NOT meet on 11/25 or 12/23.

We need pre registration for an official head count so we know if we have met our minimum enrollment of five participants. We cannot count on the facebook responses as an offical participant count.

Our Series for the TRUE yoga beginner is back! We start at the beginning, meet you where you are, and take you thru 5 weeks of everything you need to get you going in your yoga journey.

We meet five Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm beginning June 25th♥️

Always inviting, always friendly & playful, always coed, and always safe. We would LOVE to have you begin (or begin again) with us.
