Hot, humid days can take a toll on your skin—but we’ve got you covered!

Here are our top tips to protect your glow during extreme heat:

• Hydrate inside & out – Drink plenty of water and use a hydrating serum to replenish moisture lost through sweat.
• Switch to lighter products – Trade heavy creams for oil-free moisturizers and gel-based formulas.
• Don’t skip SPF – Reapply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) every 2 hours—especially after sweating or swimming!
• Double cleanse at night – Heat means more sweat, oil, and sunscreen buildup. Clear out pores with a gentle double cleanse.
• Cool down inflammation – Keep a facial mist or aloe-based toner in the fridge for a refreshing skin reset.
