Michael L. McCauley, MS, CPO/L, FAAOP, leads pediatric initiatives across the Great Lakes Region at Hanger Clinic. His career spans clinical excellence, leadership, research, and education, complemented by volunteer service advancing access to care and mentoring future clinicians.

Kristin Carnahan, MSPO, CPO, FAAOP(D), is a certified prosthetist orthotist with extensive clinical, teaching, and research experience. She has advanced patient care, mentored future O&P professionals, and contributed nationally through scholarship, leadership, and Academy service.
