We had an amazing and rejuvenating family yoga this weekend filled with morning workouts and yoga, colorful and nutritious meals, & work, and evening .
is our beautiful home that will be hosting many future retreats and workshops, available also for private booking to getaway from the hectic city life to decompress and adventure in nature. There are hiking trails, canoeing down the river, caverns, the Shenandoah Skyline mountains, wineries & breweries, waterfalls, and so much more! Stay tuned for our next retreat coming in September!
