Alicia provides couples counseling for people interested in having closer relationships and happier lives. Using a variety of approaches, including AEDP, mindfulness based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Imago Couples Therapy, Alicia helps clients improve their communication skills and tune in to their own inner resources as they find appropriate solutions to challenges and enjoy their lives more fully.

Living just outside DC can feel a bit like living on the edge of a spreading maelstrom of brutality right now. It’s hard to see so many good people losing their jobs, among other things.

It’s got me thinking a lot about our collective value system, and where change originates.
