Last week Dr. Wetzen was honored to represent the Chiropractic Future Strategic Plan and join approximately 35 other Chiropractic leaders in a historic meeting with MAHA Action to discuss how the Chiropractic profession can work with MAHA to help educate the public on how Chiropractic care can assist Americans in achieving a better quality of life and ways to create whole body health. As the Chair of the Strategic Plan his participation was an exciting opportunity to join other like minded colleagues in looking at ways to support our patients and the communities we serve.

Last night Dr. Wetzen was honored to be in attendance for the launch party for his friend Dr. Sherry McAllister's new book Adjusted Reality which took place at Forbes Media's, Forbes on Fifth. The book shares insights on Chiropractic and insights on whole-being health. There were also inspiring comments from Dr. Marc Seige of FOX News, Philanthropist Mitzi Perdue and producer and journalist Del Bigtree. Dr. Wetzen said that he is excited about what this can mean for the future of Chiropractic and the health of people around the world!

This past weekend Dr. Wetzen attended the International Chiropractors Associations annual convention in Dallas, Texas. During the award ceremony on Friday evening he was honored to receive the Building Bridges Award. He was recognized for his longterm commitment and service to Chiropractic as the current President of and Past President of the Virginia Chiropractic Association along with several other leadership positions. Also recognized were Dr. Brian Stenzler, 1st Vice President of and Dr. Brian Moriarty, President of the Florida Chiropractic Society .

It had been an amazing first 2 days at Florida Chiropractic Association The National. It began with an exciting, productive, rewarding day with The Summit Partners board meeting. I had the opportunity of meeting with and learning from some of greatest people in and out our profession! Dinner with Dr. Jay , Garrett Gunderson and author of Killing Sacred Cows. Also spent some talking and learing about Dr. Alessandra Colon, who many people recognize from the television show Crack Addict. Dr.Alessandra with several of our own ChioCongess Board members! Looking forward to an amazing Saturday!!!
