In OT this week, we used an “imaginary clock” on a blank wall, and it’s more powerful than it looks. After a stroke, this simple exercise helps rebuild spatial awareness, improve visual scanning, boost attention, and retrain the body to move with purpose. Sometimes the most low-tech tools make the biggest impact in recovery.
