Falls Church Pediatric Dental Center with Dr. Gichana We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Dr. Gichana is married with two sons.

Dr. Roselyne Gichana is a graduate of the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2006. She was then a Clinical Fellow at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine while concurrently undergoing training in a General Practice Residency at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She then completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the George Washington University and Children's National Medical Center. As part of her training, Dr. Gichana learned to care for children with special needs, such as physical and mental disabilities. She has a certificate in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. She can advise parents on medicine, diet, and dental care techniques for their special-needs child. Dr. Gichana is a board certified pediatric dentist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Gichana speaks fluent English, Italian, and Swahili, and is functional in French and Spanish.

We are open. We are excited to see all our new and current patients.
🧼We always thrive to maintain the highest infection control standards,and we are adding a few changes in our day-to-day operations.
🐬We are following up the social distancing guidelines. We will be placing families and patients in a virtual waiting room when you check in from the parking lot. Please call📱703-533-5511 when you arrive.
🐣Please only 1 parent per family, please limit to kids with scheduled appointments. If you have a child less than 5 years or special health care needs please inform us for special accommodations when scheduling your appointment.
💖 One of our team members will review your child’s medical history and the wellness questionnaire. We will also take your temperature. If you have a fever or feel sick we will reschedule your appointment. Please call the office if you would like to reschedule your appointment(s).
🧴Please use the hand sanitizer provided or wash your hands for 20seconds before walking into the clinical areas.
🌈We are making changes to ensure air quality control with aerosol.
🌟We will be disinfecting all doorknobs, handles,faucets, and countertops between patients.
😷All the staff will be wearing masks at all times in the office. We encourage parents and patients to bring their owns masks for their appointments.
