Falls City Nursing & Rehabilitation is pleased to announce the appointment of Shelby Kreifels as Director of Nursing. Shelby's nursing career commenced as a CNA at FCNR, where she most recently served as an RN. With 16 years of experience at Community Medical Center, Shelby has worked in various capacities, including Acute Care, Emergency Room, Obstetrics, and Specialty Clinic nursing. Her passion lies in making a meaningful difference in patient care and fostering a collaborative, positive work environment. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys reading, running, and spending time with loved ones. She looks forward to leveraging her expertise to make a lasting impact on patient care.
