In this workshop, you will learn to engage in the care of your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing by embodying the element of fire.⁣
⁣
Led by Ellie Mental Health Executive Clinic Director, Michelle M. Joubert, LCPC, LMHC, BC-DMT, CHC, this workshop will focus on embodying skills to help you commit to what's important to you.⁣

FIRE will take place at Falmouth Community Park in Falmouth, Maine, and will include embodiment practices, a guided walk, and self-care skills you can take with you to incorporate into your own routine.⁣
