Introducing the InBody 380 at Holland Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics

We’re excited to share the newest addition to our practice — the InBody, an advanced body composition analyzer that gives our team a deeper understanding of your overall health.

Dr. Holland brought this technology into our office primarily for safety — providing precise insight into body fat, muscle mass, and hydration levels helps us deliver the safest and most effective care possible.

We’ll be utilizing the InBody not only in our Weight Management and Hormone Replacement Therapy programs, but also to support our surgical patients before and after procedures.

Dr. Holland was honored to speak at the annual General Federation of Women’s Clubs meeting this afternoon to share about a program so close to our hearts—I Support the Girls. 💙 Since opening our doors in 2017, HPS has proudly served as the Maine affiliate, helping provide essential items to local folks in need.

The GFWC is an amazing organization dedicated to strengthening communities through volunteer service. They held a drive that resulted in two carloads of donations to bring back with us—we're so grateful! ✨

If you’d like to support I Support the Girls too, we’re always accepting donations at our office—every little bit makes a big impact. 💕
