Inspiring the Next Generation ⭐
Cape Cod Hospital’s first Discover Your Future event gave student helpers, temporary staff and those exploring healthcare careers a hands-on look at the many paths in healthcare—from nursing, surgery and pharmacy to respiratory therapy, radiology and lab services.

Participants explored apprenticeships, tuition reimbursement and on-the-job training programs that make it possible to learn, earn and grow at Cape Cod Healthcare.

ER student helper Brady Rogers summed up the experience: “The perioperative department appealed to me because it’s very specialized. They helped me understand a little bit more about the steps you need to take to get into the medical field.”
