The phrase 'It's not about what you know, but who you know' was exemplified today at Quiet Creek AFC. We were fortunate to have Richard Wells visit our facility with his horses, Evelyn and Molly, and his carriage, offering our residents genuine Mackinaw Island Horse and Carriage rides. With a long history of providing horse-drawn carriage rides on Mackinaw Island, dating back to 1964, Richard's expertise created a memorable experience. The carriage (build in 1903 in New York) which has been in use on the island for 110 years and was originally owned by one of the Stroh brothers, founders of Stroh Brewing Company, added a nostalgic element to the event. We are grateful to Richard and his wife Linda, who resides with us, for sharing this experience with us.

🏡 Quiet Creek AFC / Quiet Creek East

We’re a family-owned adult foster care home urgently looking for dependable, caring team members!

🕒 Shifts:
Afternoons: 3–11pm

Weekends can be:
7am–3pm, 3-9pm or 3-11pm

Every other weekend & holidays is required
💰 Competitive Pay
✅ PTO after probation
✅ Training provided
✅ Experience helpful – but not required

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Prepare meals and cook

Light housekeeping duties

Dispense medications accurately

What We Offer:

Qualifications:

Must be caring, dependable, and self-motivated

Good communication skills

We're Hiring!!!! Quiet Creek AFC/ Quiet Creek East has an URGENT NEED TO hire a FULL-TIME Midnight Direct Care Worker for our two 12-bed Adult Foster Care Homes. Quiet Creek is a family owned AFC located in Falmouth.
IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
We are offering.............
* 30-40 hours per week.
* Midnight Shift 11pm-9am
* Extra $2.00 per hour shift differential
* Every other weekend and holidays
* Competitive pay (based on previous experience)

Duties include......
