🎉🏥 A Big Fusion Welcome to Garrett Giles! 🏥🎉

We’re excited to share that Garrett just wrapped up his first 8-week clinical internship with us on July 18th—and he did a fantastic job! Garrett is on track to graduate from the Shenandoah University Doctor of Physical Therapy program in August 2026, and we couldn’t be more thrilled that he’s already accepted a position with Fusion in Reston for after graduation.

While finishing up school, Garrett is gaining even more hands-on experience working at Exsurgo, one of our valued community partners. His dedication, enthusiasm, and passion for patient care shine through every day.

From earning her B.S. at Radford University and Doctorate from Marymount University to helping patients reach their fullest potential every day, Dr. Erin is the embodiment of patient-focused care at Fusion. She’s known for her magic hands, her guidance with stretches, and her passion for helping each person get back to doing what they love—pain-free!
