Things you need to know before digging and have a healthy Christmas!
1️⃣ Lift something heavy.
Strength training helps regulate blood sugar, supports metabolism, and keeps your body resilient during a season full of treats and travel. You don’t need to go all out, just don’t stop showing up.
2️⃣ Hydrate before you celebrate.
Water first, coffee second, cocktails later. Staying hydrated helps control appetite, improves digestion, and keeps energy levels steady through long days and late nights.
3️⃣ Lead with protein.
Start meals with protein to stay fuller longer and avoid the “snack spiral.” You can enjoy the fun foods. Protein just helps you enjoy them without overdoing it.
4️⃣ Enjoy the indulgences on purpose.
Cookies, parties, and family meals aren’t the problem... mindless eating is. Choose what you want, enjoy it fully, and move on without guilt.
You don’t need perfection this season.
You need consistency, awareness, and a plan that works in real life.
